By chance I had read the reviews about the "glasses wearer" before my visit. I expected that this man would no longer work for the company. Unfortunately, it didn't and I was shown ALL negative reviews at once. This man has no business in the service sector. Anyone who is so dissatisfied with themselves and so carries it out to their CUSTOMERS should look for another job. I've never been treated so rude as a customer. Unfortunately, my companion and I were very hungry, so we had to give the small, dark-haired man with the glasses some money. Nobody should support this shop. My condolences for the name Subway which is hereby dragged into the mud by this joke branch. Never again, thanks for nothing!

The staff excuses themselves with instructions from the "executive floor" and stubbornly demands the personal details of all guests. This is not professional and violates clear legal requirements. Here Subway should think again carefully and read up on how to proceed. Maybe they are address collectors?
